The Board of Directors of Gulf International Services convened today Thursday, February 16th, 2012 under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister of Energy and Industry, Chairman of Gulf International Services, in the presence of other Board members.

The Board discussed the items on the agenda as per attachement.
